  • Born in 1965 in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region
  • 1988 – graduated with mention from the First Moscow Medical Institute named after IM Sechenov
  • 1988-1990 – clinical residency in general medicine at the Central Research Laboratory of Therapeutic Association of the USSR Council of Ministers
  • 1992-1996 – master’s degree with thesis in cardiology at the Teaching and Research Medical Center of the Russian Government
  • 1996 – specialization in sleep medicine at the Teaching and Research Center and the Rehabilitation Center of Medical Center of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation. Additional courses in Swiss, Israel and Germany
  • Since 1996, in charge of the office then the Sleep Medicine Center at the Barvikha Rehabilitation Center of the Presidential Administration of Russian Federation
  • 1988 – awarded the highest qualification category
  • 1998 – now, member of the European Society studying sleep disorders
  • 2003 – PHD with doctoral thesis “Obstructive sleep apnea in combination with obesity: features of the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment”
  • 2005- now – supervisor of therapy at the Barvikha Rehabilitation Center of the Presidential Administration of Russian Federation
  • 2005 – awarded the title Honorary Doctor of the Russian Federation
  • 2008-now – member of the Presidium of the National Society of somnology and sleep medicine
  • 2012-now – Professor of Medicine of the Departement of medical rehabilitation, physical therapy and balneology at the Central State Medical Academy of Presidential Administration of Russian Federation
  • 2012-now The President of the Interregional public organization “Association of sleep specialists” Today, the Association brings together more than 220 specialists from 35 regions of Russia
